Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Agilus is recruiting for several Bilingual Customer Service Representatives in the Financial Services Industry in Montreal, Quebec.

Responsibilities:

• Problem solve and troubleshoot customer issues
• Respond to customer inquiries through telephone, online chat and email communications
• Identify customer needs and provide solutions efficiently
• Work as part of a team to create an excellent customer experience in all interactions

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) French and English
• 1 year Customer Service experience is an asset
• Financial Services experience is an asset
• Computer proficiency - particularly Microsoft Office Suite
