Responsibilities

• Responsible for supervising groups of specialized engineers in the energy sector.
• Maintaining a project timeline and completing tasks within the allocated time frames.
• Liaise with other discipline leads, project managers, contractors and clients to facilitate smooth flow of information for use in preparing preliminary and detailed design and provide design clarification solutions throughout the project.
• Reports and Calculations (test / hydraulic / equipment sizing / stress / FMEA, etc.).
• Technical Specifications (services / components / equipment, etc.).
• Demonstrated capability to manage a knowledge-based work unit.
• Extensive experience in the development of strategies and policies for the planning of programs with significant knowledge and experience in the principles of program / project evaluation, monitoring, measurement & verification, data analysis and report writing.
• Highly developed analytical, decision making, problem solving and conflict resolution skills, with a history of successfully demonstrating collaboration, teamwork, innovation, organization, coordination and planning skills.
• Strong leadership and management skills as evidenced by past successful performance, with demonstrated supervisory competencies including the ability to coach, hold accountable, mentor, engage and motivate staff.
• Demonstrated ability in preparing technical reports and deliverables to successful conclusion.
