Role Overview :
We are seeking a skilled Crypto Trading Operations Manager to oversee and manage our manual trade execution operations. As the key liaison with liquidity providers, this role involves coordinating liquidity, managing ledger access, and ensuring compliance while providing top-notch client support during trade execution.
Key Responsibilities :
- Facilitate client cryptocurrency trades, ensuring seamless execution and offering personalized support for an exceptional trading experience.
- Coordinate with liquidity providers, negotiating terms, and ensuring ample liquidity for client transactions as an authorized trader.
- Access ledgers, maintain meticulous transaction records, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Oversee and optimize operational efficiency in manual trade execution, ensuring accuracy and security throughout the process.
- Provide strategic guidance and support to clients regarding trading strategies, market insights, and industry best practices.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5+ years of demonstrated expertise in cryptocurrency trading, specifically in manual trade execution and liquidity coordination.
- Proven track record in negotiating with liquidity providers and managing relationships in the cryptocurrency domain.
- Proficiency in ledger management, precise record-keeping, and comprehensive knowledge of compliance requirements within the cryptocurrency industry.
- Outstanding communication skills with a focus on exceptional client support.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks efficiently.
