Recruiter Entrepreneur Qualifications :
- 5 years of client recruitment experience with Permanent or Contract Placements.
- Strong industry networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Capability to work autonomously or collaboratively.
- Knowledgeable about the staffing industry and their own sector market.
- Proficiency in recruitment software and technology.
- Strong business acumen and Entrepreneurial mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree or College diploma in Business Administration
