ABOUT THE ROLE
We're seeking a Growth-Driven Client Success Manager who not only excels in digital marketing but also possesses a deep understanding of business dynamics.

Responsibilities
- Client Strategy & Success : Act as a trusted advisor, leveraging your business acumen to understand client goals and develop tailored digital marketing strategies that drive business growth.
- Growth Strategy Implementation : Utilize your deep experience in creating business and marketing metrics to develop and execute innovative growth strategies across various digital channels.
- Data-Driven Optimization : Analyze business and marketing metrics to continuously optimize campaign performance, ensuring maximum ROI for clients.
- Collaborative Campaign Development : Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop compelling, targeted campaigns that align with clients' business objectives and resonate with their target audience.
- Innovation and Trend Analysis : Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation and differentiation to keep clients ahead of the curve.
- Performance and Reporting : Use your business insights to track and report on key performance indicators, providing clients with actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field provides the foundational knowledge necessary for value-based client conversations and strategic decision-making.
- Master's degree in Business or Economics preferred, demonstrating a deeper understanding of business dynamics and metrics.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, client success, or growth marketing, with a proven track record of delivering measurable results in an agency setting.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and articulate the value proposition of digital marketing strategies in the context of clients' business objectives.
- Experience creating business and marketing metrics focusing on driving business growth and ROI.
- Proficiency in analytics platforms and tools, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong client relationships and effectively convey complex concepts.
- Creative problem-solving abilities, coupled with a strategic mindset and a passion for driving innovation.
