Reporting to the Chief Technologist performs routine lab procedures. May rotates through various disciplines (Chemistry, Hematology, Transfusion Medicine, Microbiology, and Anatomical Pathology).

Shift Rotation / Hours of work : Days, Evenings, Nights, 06 : 00 to 14 : 00, 08 : 00 to 16 : 00, 09 : 00 to 17 : 00, 10 : 00 to 18 : 00, 14 : 00 to 22 : 00, 19 : 00 to 03 : 00 (ROTATING)

    Qualfications

  • Graduation from an accredited Medical Laboratory technology program; R.T. (General).
  • Eligible for certification from the Canadian Society of Laboratory Technologists.

    • Skills and Abilities :

  • Ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships with others in the health care field.
  • Ability to sustain attention to accuracy and detail over extended periods.
