Job Description : Portfolio Manager
Location : Windsor
Wage : $55,000 base salary + bonus structure + benefits + long term ownership options
Shift : 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM
Job Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute investment strategies to maximize portfolio performance
- Monitor real estate market trends and identify opportunities for potential investments
- Manage and oversee a portfolio of real estate assets
- Conduct financial analysis and due diligence on potential investment opportunities
- Communicate with investors and provide regular updates on portfolio performance
- Assess and manage risks associated with the portfolio
Desired Experience :
- 5 years experience in real estate property management
- Knowledge of real estate rental market, construction cost control, and basic accounting
- Knowledge of property management portals and Microsoft Suite
- Knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act and Landlord Tenant Board

Pay : $47,523.18-$55,000.00 per year
