Job Description :

Wet n Wild Toronto is seeking a dedicated and reliable Maintenance Facility Technician to join our team on a 9-month contract basis. The Maintenance Facility Technician will be responsible for ensuring the general upkeep of the park and its buildings, contributing to a safe and enjoyable environment for visitors. The role includes a variety of tasks such as site cleanup, building maintenance, equipment repairs, and seasonal duties such as snow removal. Daily inspections of facilities and equipment will also be required to maintain the high standards of the park.

Responsibilities :

• Perform routine general site cleanup, including sanding, prepping, and painting.
• Conduct general repairs to buildings, equipment, and structures as needed.
• Perform snow removal and winter maintenance during the colder months.
• Complete daily inspections of buildings, equipment, and park areas to ensure safety and proper functionality.
• Report any maintenance issues or concerns to a supervisor.
• Carry out any other maintenance tasks or duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications :

Flexibility to work in varying weather conditions, including winter snow removal.

Must be reliable, responsible, and have a strong work ethic.

Physical Requirements :

This position requires occasional work in or around water, confined quarters, heights, loud environments, large crowds, moving objects. A successful candidate will be able to work in all weather conditions, including vast temperatures and weather conditions.
