Overview
The Payment Services team within the Health Care Operations department of WorkSafeBC is looking fora permanent Health Care Payment Officer to join our team to help us strive towards our vision.
In this role, you'll be calculating payments, therefore, sound math skills will be an asset to assist you with adjudicating and processing accounts for medical treatment expenses. Your exemplary communication skills and diplomacy are essential to ensure courteous, empathetic service when providing information and recommendations to injured workers and other connections.
How you'll make a difference : You'll help protect the financial integrity of B.C.'s workers' compensation system, ensuring we serve British Columbians now and in the future.
