Job descriptionTranslating requirements into a cohesive working plan in accordance with guidelines and standards. Writing code to implement functionalities and features of small to medium complexity. Creating an implementation and back‑out plan for a single system. Performing unit testing for developed code, supporting system and user acceptance testing, and resolving defects by troubleshooting root causes. Fostering productive relationships with Information Technology (IT) business partners and communicating analysis and results accordingly. You have 3 years of experience in Information Technology or a related field. You have completed post‑secondary education in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline. You influence change and are committed to continuous improvement, in order to exceed client expectations. You leverage critical thinking skills to identify problems and proactively propose solutions. Your strong communication skills allow you to clearly convey messages. You’re an effective team player who shares knowledge to support our peers. Technologies You Have Experience With
- Intermediate‑level experience designing and building web‑based applications.
- Proficiency with C# and .NET Core development.
- Proficiency with Visual Studio for application development.
- Experience working with SQL Server (design, queries, optimization).
- Experience with GitHub Actions for CI / CD automation.
- Experience with Azure services, including containerized workloads, Key Vaults, and cloud‑based application development.
- Experience with SDLC, DevOps practices (GitHub), and software design patterns.
- Working knowledge of developing and utilizing APIs.
- Working knowledge of containerized application frameworks.

Expected salary range $60,574 to $100,956
The salary amount for the successful candidate is determined by Co‑operators in its discretion and will vary depending on several criteria including but not limited to : local market conditions, geography and relevant job‑related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualification, experience and education.
Employees may also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn additional compensation tied to individual and / or business performance, or other business metrics.
