About the Role

  • Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay current with program content and best practices
  • Join weekly team calls via phone or Zoom
  • Implement digital marketing and outreach strategies across platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook
  • Use the provided tools and systems to manage leads and inquiries
  • Conduct structured discovery calls to understand client needs and present suitable program options
  • Support new clients through the decision‑making and onboarding process
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow compliance requirements
