- YOUR ROLE : As an Accounting Technician, your responsibilities will include : -Managing receivable and payable accounts;
- Handling customer accounts : tracking payments, conducting follow-ups, reconciling accounts; -Assist in the preparation of financial reports ;
- Entering expense reports and transactions into the internal accounting system; -Ensuring follow-up on notes in files; -Providing any daily administrative support;
- Other related tasks. SKILLS REQUIRED : -Diploma in Collegial Studies (DCS) accounting or any other combination of relevant education / experience;
- Experience in a similar role in professional services environment; -Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and accounting and payroll software;
- Proficiency in spoken and written French ; -Working knowledge of English ; -Attention to detail, accuracy; -Versatility, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
