YOUR ROLE :
As an Accounting Technician, your responsibilities will include :
- Managing receivable and payable accounts;
- Handling customer accounts : tracking payments, conducting follow-ups, reconciling accounts;
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports ;
- Entering expense reports and transactions into the internal accounting system;
- Ensuring follow-up on notes in files;
- Providing any daily administrative support;
- Other related tasks.
SKILLS REQUIRED :
- Diploma in Collegial Studies (DCS) accounting or any other combination of relevant education / experience;
- Experience in a similar role in professional services environment;
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and accounting and payroll software;
- Proficiency in spoken and written French ;
- Working knowledge of English ;
- Attention to detail, accuracy;
- Versatility, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Team spirit and good interpersonal skills.
