- Manage, track, and resolve inbound Yardi support inquiries in the company's support email system.
- Create write-ups for escalated issues, log cases and create documentation for issue resolution
- Create custom SQL reports, stored procedures, and reporting packages as needed for accounting, property management and asset management groups
- Customize user interface for Yardi Voyager and develop reports based on business operations and department requirements

- 3+ years of experience with Yardi Voyager 7S is required
- ERP systems experience related to support, configuration, upgrades, installation, and process improvement will be an asset
- Understanding of financial and accounting concepts as it relates to Yardi processes.
- Working knowledge of database management, financial analysis, SQL queries, Basic server, web server knowledge and Custom Analytics reports;
strong Excel skills is a must
