Job Description
We are looking for a talented individual
To join our team as a Senior Operations Analyst to help deliver a Low-Income energy program in Ontario. We are a tight-knit team who are multi-talented, hard workers, and passionate about reducing energy consumption.
As a senior operations analyst, you will be responsible for the financial processing and reporting to our clients as well as internal teams.
Successful Candidates will be located in Ontario.

Use reporting tools to generate and review client invoices on a monthly basis.
Assist with managing program data and conduct financial analysis, including forecasting.
Conduct variance analysis & reconciliations to both forecasts and contractual program budgets.
Assist in researching and answer inquiries and identifying potential solutions where appropriate.
Produce and maintain process documentation and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
Recommend and conduct ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as requested. Interpret results and develop recommended actions.
Work collaboratively within a team environment, demonstrating strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Show a proactive, self-starting attitude, and an ability to work independently when necessary.
In this exciting career opportunity, you will have
Experience in energy efficiency (residential preferred)
Advanced experience with Excel (XLOOKUP, Power Query, Dynamic Ranges)
3-5 years experience in Financial Operations
3+ years experience with Workday Financial Management
2+ years of experience with Workday Adaptive Planning
2+ years experience creating reports in Power BI from various data sources including SharePoint and Salesforce (objects)
