Administrative Assistant, Maternity Leave Contract

Randstad Staffing, is actively recruiting for an experienced Administrative Assistant for a client of ours in Goff's. This role is expected to begin March 1st or before and fill a maternity leave until November.

Tasks include documentations related to sales (logistics documents, sales, packing info etc) and other tasks in office.

Monday to Friday, regular business hours

They are on a bus route but it is limited in hours it runs. Reliable transportation is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Deal with administrative work for cross country trade
  • Review deliveries against orders
  • Review inventories and order as required
  • Manage company website, brochures
  • Other Duties as Needed.

Qualifications

  • Logistics experience (1 year) is an asset
  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced sales environment with multiple priorities
  • Knowledge of international trade; considered an asset
  • Proficiency with computers (working knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
  • Self-motivated, responsible and detail oriented
