Senior Project Coordinator – Full-Cycle Construction (ICI) – Salary commensurate based on experience + Benefits – Cambridge, ON

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to support our expanding portfolio and uphold our commitment to excellence.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, understands construction drawings inside and out, and is confident in supporting project teams through pre‑construction, construction, QA / QC, commissioning, and closeout. You will work closely with Project Managers, Site Supervisors, clients, architects, engineers, and subtrades to ensure seamless coordination, documentation accuracy, and high‑quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Drawings, Documentation & Technical Support

• Read, interpret, and coordinate architectural, structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, and shop drawings.
• Identify discrepancies, RFIs, conflicts, and coordination issues; proactively communicate with internal and external teams.
• Manage and update project documentation, addendums, bulletins, and revisions in a structured and accessible manner.

Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA / QC)

Health & Safety Coordination

Closeout & Turnover
