Position Overview :

We seek an experienced and detail-oriented Residential Construction Manager to oversee the construction of luxury estate homes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential construction, excellent project management skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality homes.

This role requires a proactive leader who can manage multiple projects, coordinate with various stakeholders, and ensure that all aspects of construction are completed to the highest standards.

Responsibilities :

• Project Management : Oversee all phases of residential construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Team Leadership : Manage and coordinate the work of subcontractors, suppliers, and onsite staff, ensuring efficient and effective collaboration.
• Quality Control : Conduct regular site inspections to ensure construction follows plans, specifications, and building codes.

Address any issues promptly to maintain quality standards.

• Budget Management : Develop and manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost control measures are in place.
• Scheduling : Create and maintain detailed project schedules, coordinating with all parties to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Client Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Safety Management : Implement and enforce safety protocols on all job sites to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
• Documentation : Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.

Qualifications :

• Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential construction management, preferably in luxury home building.
• Education : Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
• Project Management : Proven track record of successfully managing multiple high-end residential construction projects.
• Technical Skills : Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Leadership : Exceptional leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors.
• Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address and resolve construction challenges.
• Attention to Detail : A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
