The Accounts Payable Coordinator is responsible for processing invoices - data entry, coding, invoice uploads and reconciliations. The AP Coordinator is also responsible for tracking, tracing and e-filing documents as well as other administrative tasks.

Responsibilities :

• Review, code and enter accounts payable invoices into D365
• Prepare and provide necessary backups including approvals for weekly payment runs
• Reconcile, code and process monthly rent payments
• Filing of invoices and other documents
• Research and resolve accounts payable issues with vendors
• Upload weekly Excel invoice files
• Prepare monthly vendor reconciliations
• Assist internal departments with accounts payable inquiries
• Assist in month-end closing process in relation to accounts payable
• Other administrative tasks as assigned
