Are you looking for a fast-paced and rewarding career to elevate your AP and processing skills?
The Accounts Payable Coordinator is responsible for processing invoices - data entry, coding, invoice uploads and reconciliations.
The AP Coordinator is also responsible for tracking, tracing and e-filing documents as well as other administrative tasks.
Responsibilities :
- Review, code and enter accounts payable invoices into D365
- Prepare and provide necessary backups including approvals for weekly payment runs
- Reconcile, code and process monthly rent payments
- Filing of invoices and other documents
- Research and resolve accounts payable issues with vendors
- Upload weekly Excel invoice files
- Prepare monthly vendor reconciliations
- Assist internal departments with accounts payable inquiries
- Assist in month-end closing process in relation to accounts payable
- Other administrative tasks as assigned
