Engineering Project Technologist
This position works in the Commercial Development organizational unit and involves technical and administrative engineering work performed in the Engineering Department. The incumbent prepares design layouts, detailed drawings, specifications and related data for municipal utilities and monitors construction to ensure compliance with plans and related specifications. Additional duties include estimating project construction costs, preparing specifications and contract documents, consulting and maintaining liaison with internal and external contacts, and overseeing personnel who assist in project implementation.
