Description :
Be responsible for the complete payroll processing cycle
Working with salary changes etc.
Manage data to process payroll for around 120 employees (non-unionized)
Perform all payroll calculations
Manage final employee pay and records of employment
Prepare end-of-month payroll entries
View and administer group insurance plans
Be available to answer payroll-related questions
Ensure production compliance with all government standards and documents
Work in collaboration with the senior accountant to carry out accounting and finance tasks and reports
Skills :
DEC or BAC in accounting, payroll, or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in the payroll field
PCP Accreditation
Experience with ADP, Dayforce or payroll software
French and English
Advanced Excel (pivot tables and v lookups etc.)
Organization and efficiency
