Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commission Sales Associate based in Victoria, BC. The Sales Associate will focus on delivering exceptional customer service, building strong client relationships, and assisting customers in selecting the right furniture, appliances, or electronics to meet their needs. Key responsibilities include driving sales through product knowledge, promoting special offers and financing options, and maintaining a well-organized and visually appealing sales floor. Collaboration with team members and proactively addressing customer inquiries will also be an essential part of the role.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills to build and maintain positive relationships.
• Sales and product knowledge, including the ability to suggest suitable options and explain benefits clearly.
• Teamwork and collaboration skills to contribute to a positive work environment.
• Self-motivation and goal orientation, with a commitment to meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Basic math skills, organization, and attention to detail for accurate transactions and inventory management.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous experience in sales or retail environments is an asset but not required; training will be provided.
