Responsibilities :
- Assist customers at the counter with their auto / truck parts needs.
- Provide product information and guidance on suitable parts.
- Process sales transactions and handle cash or credit transactions accurately.
- Maintain an organized and clean counter area.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet overall company sales goals.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
Requirements :
- Minimum years of successful counter sales experience in truck / auto parts.
- Solid knowledge of auto / truck parts and their applications.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
