About the Position
Reporting to the Manager, Admissions, Curriculum & Transfer, the Curriculum & Transfer Specialist is an integral member of the Registrar’s Office (RO) team. This role requires strong problem‑solving skills, the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. The Specialist supports the institution’s strategic enrollment goals by overseeing and coordinating curriculum management, transfer agreements, and prior‑learning processes, while ensuring the integrity and accuracy of academic information systems.

Employment in a registrar’s office at a post‑secondary public institution for 3+ years with relevant experience in curriculum.
Salary
Salary Level 11, Step 1 : $56,861.97 per year.
