Safran Landing Systems is a subsidiary of Safran Landing Systems, a world leader in landing and braking systems for aircraft. The Mirabel plant is dedicated to the manufacturing of major components for landing gear for Airbus A320, A330, and A350 models, as well as the Boeing 787. It features state-of-the-art equipment for machining, polishing, and special processes, including heat treatment, shot peening, and surface treatments.

Job Description :

The Industrial Security Manager is responsible for mastering, deploying, supporting, and maintaining Safran's security management and risk management processes to reduce the site's exposure to security threats and industrial risks. Additionally, they are responsible for improving associated performance. They are the primary contact for the site on this subject, advising the management team, coordinating, and supporting the required training in their area of expertise. They also ensure compliance with applicable local regulations.

Responsibilities :

• Master the Safran and regulatory requirements surrounding industrial security and risk management
• Deploy processes by making them dynamic and understood by staff through :

o writing procedures

o training and supporting staff

o risk owners in establishing and updating their mapping that feeds into the site's mapping

o business continuity plan managers

o Ensure adherence to methodology

o Facilitate crisis management simulations
