We are looking for a Senior Director Quality of Engineering with experience in optical / semiconductor technologies to help develop and execute global quality strategies.

• Proven experience in quality engineering leadership.
• Background in electrical engineering, ideally within the semiconductor or optical networking industries.
• Semiconductor IC background
• Hands‑on experience with analog / mixed‑signal technologies.
• Strong technical understanding of testing and verification processes.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
