POSITION SUMMARY
Reporting to the Senior Mortgage Administrator, the Mortgage Administrator will manage the portfolio of Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) devolved projects, including non‑profit projects and Rural Native Homeownership program projects. Responsibilities include interest administration, obtaining property tax payments and operating insurance confirmations from non‑profit societies; coordinating with societies on mortgage renewals, maturities, early prepayments and discharges; processing property tax payments; reconciling payments and receipts; preparing mortgage security packages; and providing loan balance, interest, and trust confirmation for auditing purposes.
