The role (what you actually do):
This is not construction work. This is in-home consulting and closing with homeowners who requested a meeting.
You will:

• Run professional in-home consultations, lead the conversation, guide decisions
• Inspect existing windows and doors, identify performance issues homeowners often dont recognize yet
• Ask smart discovery questions, connect problems to solutions, and present options clearly
• Discuss the total investment and financing paths confidently
• Help homeowners make a decision in the home, with integrity and control

• Can build trust fast, ask direct questions, and stay calm under pressure
• Loves mastering a craft, product knowledge, inspection skill, and communication skill
