The Opportunity

The Service Technologist is a member of the Customer Operations team, responsible for performing product service activities such as diagnostic triage, troubleshooting and repair / testing of returned products to Tantalus including supporting quality and engineering investigation and testing of products. Additionally, this role is responsible for maintaining the test jigs used in the above activities.

Location of Position

This position is based in our Burnaby, BC office.

Responsibilities

• Perform triage and troubleshooting of returned products
• Conduct repairs and upgrades on returned products
• Perform required visual reviews and verification tests on all repaired products prior to return to the end customer
• Maintain and repair test jigs used in Quality and Service activities
• Enter data related to troubleshooting, repairs, and test results of products in service
• Perform and assist with failure investigations and testing in collaboration with the Quality and Engineering teams
• Assist other team members as needed
