Position Summary :
The Regional Logistics Manager, covering central GTA, will play a key leadership role in driving logistics and distribution activities, overseeing operations, managing execution and cost efficiency. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Logistics, this position will lead a diverse team, including 7 direct reports, 8+ salaried associates, and approximately 65 hourly associates in unionized environments.
This leader will prioritize safety, demonstrate and drive supply chain excellence, and provide transformational leadership, contributing to Bimbo Canada's ongoing modernization initiatives, including the implementation of automation and enhanced WMS systems. By collaborating closely with cross-functional teams—particularly Field Sales, Planning and Operations—The Logsitics Manager will lead change management efforts and inspire teams to achieve sustainable success across our integrated supply chain operations.
This role covers the corridor from East Brampton to Ottawa; candidates residing within this area are encouraged to apply.

The annual salary range for applicants is $102,000.00 - $120,000.00, which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and / or skill level, among other factors.
