The Customer Service Representative role involves responding to inquiries, managing orders, coordinating with suppliers, and performing light accounts receivable duties.
Key Responsibilities :
Customer Service :
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels promptly and accurately.
- Process and fulfill customer orders with precision.
- Resolve customer issues or complaints, escalating when necessary.
- Maintain order records and provide updates on order statuses.
Accounts Receivable :
Education : High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s in business administration, supply chain management, or related field preferred.
Experience : Background in supply chain coordination, customer service, or related administrative roles preferred.
