- Provides front-line telephone support to Customers and Sales Channel on various Automation products / services.
- Provides complex product and solutions application support for customers.
- Develops solutions to technical problems utilizing Schneider's vast product portfolio.
- Manages relationship with customer to enhance customer experience.
- Advocates on the customer's behalf, seeks a suitable solution or work around that meets the needs of the customer.
- Responsible for accurate and complete case documentation utilizing Customer Relationship Management software (CRM).
- May include after hours on-call and weekend in-house support coverage / rotation.
- May require on-site support to customer location for troubleshooting assistance.
- 15% travel possible What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
- In-depth Industrial network knowledge is expected.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high tech collaborative environment.
- Understanding of and configuration for Schneider Electric's Industrial Drive and Soft Start offers (or equivalent), to include setup, maintenance and troubleshooting as applied in real world applications. What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
