  • Our client, a leading importer of athletic apparel and accessories, is looking for an experienced and dedicated Customer Service Specialist to add to their growing team!

    Responsibilities :

    • Generate reports as needed for sales and production departments
    • Manage year end inventory files and work with finance and DC
    • Manage inventory adjustments with team and finance department
    • Invoicing, issuing packing slips with DC - Warehouse
    • Work closely with warehouse manager and VP of Sales
    • Work closely with production team
    • Manage EDI requirements for orders
    • Handle delivery reporting and work with VP of Sales and other department heads
    • Answer customer service calls
    • Requirements :

    • Knowledge of excel, word, outlook
    • ERP Momentis and IT knowledge is a bonus
    • Fluently bilingual
