JOB DESCRIPTION
About the role
The Customer Accounts team is looking for Customer Service Representatives for our Perception department.
By joining our team, you'll become a true specialist in resolving issues and questions related to insurance premium payments. In addition, you'll be able to advance your career within the department!
This position is available in our Laval (, Lucien-Paiement) or Montreal (, boul. Robert-Bourassa) offices.
Start date : May 12,
Your schedule :
- During training (5 weeks) :
First 3 weeks : 35h / week. Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Last 2 weeks : 40h / week. Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
