OracleCanadaAs a member of the product development division, you will be involved in all phases of the product lifecycle, from researching business problems, making decisions on daily development tasks to release related activities. You will also be responsible for juggling long term product priorities and short-term customer needs and defects.

Responsibilities
Your work will include collaborating with technical teams and business stakeholders to maintain and enhance the product.
- Stay abreast of changes in Canadian payroll legislation and regulations.
- Interpret and analyze payroll-related laws to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement legislative changes into payroll processes.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with legislative requirements.
- Provide expert advice on payroll matters, including statutory deductions, benefits, and reporting.
- Define and prioritize product features based on Canadian market requirements.
- Monitor and analyze product performance in the Canadian market.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape in Canada.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the Canadian market.
- Create, review, and maintain product documentation and training materials.
- Work closely with the payroll team to address and resolve legislative compliance issues.
- Interact with customers to understand their needs, get product feedback and identify additional market opportunities.
- Define business requirements, and use cases based on product strategy and research through vision documents and user stories.
- Using agile methodologies, work to solve identified business problems and drive development forward.
- Produce high quality design document with comprehensive and detailed solution analysis with a focus on all core areas : Extensibility, Robustness, Backward Compatibility, Supportability, Exception Handling, Performance expectations / bench-marking, Upgrade plan for customers, Critical technology or product dependencies, Product resiliency (self-correction) and flexibility (user self-service feature),
- Design includes the definition of product use cases, wireframes and upstream and downstream impact areas.
- Uphold product quality to the highest standards. As part of design it is very critical to document testing strategy that identifies the success / acceptance criteria for the project. Ensure that any test-ware is in line with focus of the enhancement, is tested with real customer use cases / data patterns and influencers.
- Collaborate with Dev team member on reviewing any technical solution document to ensure that it is aligned with the finalized solution approach.

Canada : Hiring Range from $76,700 to $167,000 CAD per annum
US : Hiring Range : from $87,600 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off : Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.
