About the Role :

This opportunity is for individuals passionate about supporting children and youth with complex behavioral needs in a group home setting. This role prioritizes personalized, trauma-informed care, allowing you to build meaningful connections with the youth you support. With guidance from a Program Supervisor, this position offers the chance to make a positive impact on young lives in a supportive and collaborative environment.  Shifts are typically 8 hours, 3pm-11pm, and 7am-3pm, evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities :

• Build trusting relationships with youth through mentorship, role modeling, and positive reinforcement
• Provide supervision at home and in the community
• Document daily activities and observations accurately
• Contribute to individualized care plans for each youth
• Complete program responsibilities such as cleaning and organization
