Inside Sales Representative
Our client is searching for an Inside Sales Representative to join their team. This role will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining existing accounts, and meeting sales targets through phone, email, and other digital communication methods. A successful candidate will prospect leads, qualify potential customers, and provide excellent customer service while supporting the growth of business.
Your success will be defined by your ability to :
- Understand and analyze documents and communicate contractual, technical, and commercial terms and conditions relative to the company standards
- Support and Collaborate with the Inside Sales Team in all aspects of orders and opportunity development
- Manage a large email volume
- Work within the company guidelines
- Verifying orders, including customer’s personal information and payment details
- Maintaining and updating sales and customer records
- Compiling reporting data as required
- Invoice reconciliations and completion of credit forms
Your strengths include :
High School Diploma is requiredPost-Secondary Education in Business Management s considered a definite asset2+ years of direct work experience in an inside sales or customer service capacityConsideration will be given to previous manufacturing and customer service experienceExceptional customer service skills and experienceStrong prioritization, time management and organization skillsStrong interpersonal skills and an ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with customers and co-workersDetail oriented and strong proof reading and communication skills both written and verbalAbility to self-direct, multi-task, prioritize, organize, and manage time effectivelyComputer literacy with proficiency in MS Office product, in particular Word, Excel and OutlookSome experience with a ERP system is an assetFamiliarity with sales reports and sales records
