The Security Supervisor oversees the Security employees on duty and enforces security / safety procedures, guidelines, and service standards to protect all guests, employees and company assets of REAL. The Security Supervisor works collaboratively with REAL departments, clients, promoters, and emergency services (Police, Fire, EMS, and First Aid Contractors).

WHAT YOU WILL DO

1. Perform and supervise the day-to-day activities of the Security Division by :

• Ensuring adequate supervision of employees
• Assigning and positioning work locations
• Preparing reports; distributing uniforms; coaching and training on proper processes / protocols and promptly reporting any disciplinary concerns to management.
• Guards all transfers / deposits of monies / assets
• Ensures liquor laws are being enforced
• Conducts bag searches

2. Inspect work to ensure it meets specification and standards by :

3. Assist Manager in planning and preparing employee work schedules.

Performs other duties on when required.
