Job Summary

The Team

You'll be joining the In-Person Services Team - Merritt as a Customer Service Representative at an established Service Delivery office. This role is part of a dynamic and diverse team that values inclusivity and collaboration. In this public-facing position, you'll work closely with a variety of colleagues who are dedicated to providing exceptional service to the community. The Role

In this role as a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for helping people in-person, by phone, and through digital channels. You'll handle tasks like data entry, reviewing applications, processing payments, and offering solutions that follow government guidelines. Your work will have a direct impact on the lives of British Columbians by delivering kind, helpful, and inclusive service that truly makes a difference. Qualifications :

Education and Experience Requirements

• Minimum Grade 12 graduation or equivalent (GED).
• Experience providing inclusive customer service to diverse clienteles.
• Experience using digital applications to search for and record information.

The position headquarters will be Merritt.
