Plasman Windsor 1 Manufacturing , 5250 Outer Drive, Oldcastle ON, N9G 0C3, is immediately seeking a new member to join our team as :

Set-Up Technician - Weekend Crew

The Role :

This role would work a 36hr week, spanning Friday, Saturday, Sunday OR Saturday, Sunday, Monday, 12-hr shifts. 24 regular hours, 12 overtime hours.
Operate injection molding press and assembly equipment in a safe and productive fashion.
Produce all parts consistent to established quality standards and job instructions.
Follow established system procedures and instruction.
Accurately complete daily production reporting.
Observe all safety requirements when operating machinery.
Report any malfunctions, quality concerns, or safety hazards immediately after observance.
Follow chain of command when relating to any concerns.
Ensure that a clean and safe work environment is always maintained.
Promote an atmosphere of team work at all times.
Complete any other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience Requirements :

A passing score on an internal Injection Molding Test and Interview

The ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal

The ability to be trained for the above-mentioned responsibilities

Acceptable performance record and attendance record

Other Requirements :

Knowledgeable of Injection Molding processes

Previous experience in Injection Molding
