Your Impact
As a Luxury Sales Consultant, you will deliver an elevated, memorable experience for every client who enters our store. With warmth, confidence, and deep product knowledge, you'll guide clients through selections that celebrate their stories, style, and milestones — ensuring every visit feels special.
What You'll Do
- Welcome clients with professionalism and a personalized approach
- Assist clients in selecting fine jewellery and diamonds suited to their needs
- Share knowledgeable insights on diamonds, gemstones, metals, and brands
- Handle high value transactions with accuracy and discretion
- Build long-term client relationships through excellent service and follow-up
- Maintain beautiful displays and a refined store environment
- Support custom orders, repairs, and personalized services
- Stay current on jewellery and bridal trends
- Work collaboratively to meet store and personal sales goals
- Support inventory, merchandising, and daily operations
What You Bring
- 2–3 years in luxury retail, jewellery sales, or high-end client service
- A genuine interest in fine jewellery and luxury retail
- Strong communication skills and a polished, professional presence
- Proven ability to close sales and build client relationships
- Attention to detail and comfort handling high value merchandise
- A proactive, motivated, relationship focused approach
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- A commitment to completing the mandatory Canadian Jewellers JETTS course upon hire, unless already accredited through GIA jewellery programs.
Nice to Have
- Gemological Institute of America (GIA) Classification and/or Canadian Jewellers JETTS certification
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, client focused environment
- Completed accredited sales training programs with hands on application in customer engagement and conversion

Compensation
- Anstett Jewellers offers competitive wages, commensurate with experience and proven sales performance. Candidates who are newer to jewellery sales typically start at the lower end of the range, while experienced closers may be placed higher.
- Bonus eligibility is based on achieving both personal sales targets and overall store targets. Available to full-time and part-time employees.
