Job descriptionAssembling, installing, repairing, troubleshooting, and maintaining electronic components and systems Build prototype models based on technical guidelines Sourcing or fabricating replacement parts for electronic systems Monitor and report on project progress Ensuring all power and manual tools are operated in accordance with health and safety regulations Repair malfunctions in circuitry and other system structures Performing equipment demonstrations and drawing up training manuals whenever required Use various tools to build and repair systems (e.g. grinders) Degree or completed coursework in engineering or electronics Previous experience as electronic technician or similar role A relevant certificate or license may be required Hands‑on experience with electronic testing and circuitry Good hand‑eye coordination and physical dexterity Familiarity working with various tools and equipment Excellent written, verbal, and telephonic communication skills Sound knowledge of health and safety regulations
