About the Opportunity

• Track participation statement status using a contract management system.
• Secure internal approvals for participation payments and bonuses.
• Send statements and payment notifications to external stakeholders and partners via mail and email.
• Maintain records and overall organization of the department.
• Provide administrative support to a team of financial analysts as needed.
• Special projects as assigned.

About You

• 2+ years of relevant administrative experience, ability to handle high volume administration roles.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay Range
$25 - $27 / hour
