We are seeking a motivated and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our client in the Supply Chain industry. The ideal candidate will maintain excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction. Simultaneously, the candidate should possess business development acumen to drive sales growth.

Responsibilities :

• Address customer queries and complaints through phone or email, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Utilize knowledge of our products or services to sell to customers, effectively dealing with objections and closing sales.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers and manage customer accounts.
• Generate sales leads, identify prospective customers, and assess their needs.
• Develop relationships with potential clients over the phone and through email communication.
• Satisfy individual customer service, as well as sales, targets.
• Coordinate with the sales team to set up customer accounts, monitor sales progress, and tackle obstacles.
• Provide feedback on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, though a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative in an export / import environment.
• Track record of over-achieving quota.
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
