Responsibilities
Supervise daily production operations to ensure all processes are running efficiently and effectively.
Lead by example in guiding a team of operators and staff, fostering a positive work culture and high levels of motivation
Monitor production to ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and productivity are met.
Oversee inventory management, ensuring efficient use of materials and minimizing waste.
Implement best practices in recycling processes, driving improvements and reducing environmental impact.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues, ensuring minimal downtime and continuous production flow.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar role within manufacturing, recycling, or waste management.
Hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate a team and get involved in daily production activities.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly address issues on the floor.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
Excellent communication and team coordination skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
