You will have direct responsibility for oversight on contract and technology roles. Your primary objective will be to lead and expand our local presence, ensuring the achievement of key performance metrics such as fee generation, budget attainment, productivity, profitability, and leadership succession planning.RESPONSIBILITIESIn this role, you will lead the growth of local strategic accounts, collaborate with local leaders and consultants to identify new business opportunities, and meet with high-potential clients across all business pillars. You will also be responsible for training, coaching, and inducting new and existing employees, overseeing individual and team performance, and conducting regular reviews to identify and address skill gaps. Additionally, you will chair operational meetings, manage performance improvement plans, and ensure all employees have active development plans and promotion contracts.
