You'll be successful if you have the following : - Understanding of ADHD, Autism and Pathological Demand Avoidance - Skills / knowledge in outdoors / wilderness, animals, homesteading, cooking. - Curious, flexible, calm. Like an older sibling or coach to the teen.Job Tasks : spending time doing weird & interesting things, outdoors time, field trips, gym. Child led! Cleaning up afterwards. Location : Old Strathcona. Good parking, good transit.Pets : cats and soon a dogCompensation : $20 / hr, EI, CPP, workers comp. Flexibility. Coffee tea and meals (if you and the teen prepare them!). Parents will cover costs of all activities. Some hours may include a second child (no special needs).
