General Statement of Duties:
The Administrator performs standard administrative duties to support the efficient operation of the office and field operations.
Summary of Duties (Duties may include, but are not limited to the following):
Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document management
Maintain accurate records in internal systems and databases
Support managers and teams with ad hoc administrative tasks and special projects
Gather, review, and analyze tour sheets and timesheets
Assist with transportation-related data tracking and reporting
Perform other duties and projects as assigned
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and work effectively with individuals of diverse personalities and roles
Strong organizational and time-management skills
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Self-motivated individual with the ability to multitask and a willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient computer skills, including experience with the Microsoft Office suite (e.g. Excel, Word, etc) and web-based applications.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous administrative or office support experience preferred
Administrative experience within the service rig industry is considered an asset
