General Statement of Duties :
- The Administrator performs standard administrative duties to support the efficient operation of the office and field operations.
Summary of Duties (Duties may include, but are not limited to the following) :
Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document managementMaintain accurate records in internal systems and databasesSupport managers and teams with ad hoc administrative tasks and special projectsGather, review, and analyze tour sheets and timesheetsAssist with transportation-related data tracking and reportingPerform other duties and projects as assignedRequired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and work effectively with individuals of diverse personalities and rolesStrong organizational and time-management skillsHigh level of attention to detail and accuracyAbility to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneouslyAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesSelf-motivated individual with the ability to multitask and a willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilitiesStrong verbal and written communication skillsProficient computer skills, including experience with the Microsoft Office suite (e.g. Excel, Word, etc) and web-based applications.Education and Experience :
