We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented
Experienced Administrator in Leduc, AB. The ideal candidate brings strong administrative experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Location: Leduc, AB (on-site)
General Statement of Duties:
- The Administrator performs standard administrative duties to support the efficient operation of the office and field operations.
Summary of Duties (Duties may include, but are not limited to the following):
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document management
- Maintain accurate records in internal systems and databases
- Support managers and teams with ad hoc administrative tasks and special projects
- Gather, review, and analyze tour sheets and timesheets
- Assist with transportation-related data tracking and reporting
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and work effectively with individuals of diverse personalities and roles
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to multitask and a willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with the Microsoft Office suite (e.g. Excel, Word, etc) and web-based applications.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous administrative or office support experience preferred
- Administrative experience within the service rig industry is considered an asset
