Join our team in Burnaby, BC, and play a key role in delivering innovative water quality solutions across British Columbia, Canada and the US. This is your opportunity to lead technical work on projects that safeguard public health, aquatic ecosystems, and regulatory compliance.

As a Senior Water Quality Engineer , you will support the planning, design, and implementation of water quality infrastructure and natural systems projects. You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to assess contaminant fate and transport, design treatment wetlands and remediation systems, and model environmental impacts under changing climate and regulatory conditions.

You’ll work on a wide range of projects including :

• Watershed and regional-scale water quality assessments
• Nutrient and contaminant modeling in lakes and reservoirs
• Constructed wetlands and nature-based treatment systems
• Regulatory compliance and permitting support
• Mining remediation

Work arrangements

You’ll be expected to work from the Burnaby office approximately two days per week, with occasional travel for client meetings, site visits, and team collaboration.

Compensation

The base salary range for this position is $100,700.00 to $152,240.00. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across British Columbia, Canada locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
